The hotel is in a great spot, perfectly located between Rainey and 6th Street and close to downtown attractions. The rooms were smaller than expected and had a strong cigarette smell, but they were eventually prepared, fantastic, and as promised. The service was top-notch, with very knowledgeable, caring, and child-friendly staff. The location was ideal for hanging out and accessing downtown easily, although it was a bit over-airconditioned. The dining experience offered a limited selection for the price, yet the food was delicious. The facilities were well-kept, but the bar service was slow.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were nice although not ready at check-in time, priced at $270 per night. They were modern, comfortable, and spacious. The service from all staff members, including valet, receptionist, and housekeeping, was excellent. The location was great for both business and leisure, within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience was better than average, especially the breakfast options. Overall, a good value for the money.

The hotel had some assistance in the recreation rooms and the sauna rooms, with just renovated rooms featuring ridiculous TVs and trippy carpet. The smaller size compared to our previous room was noticeable, and there was a slight chlorine smell present.
Rooms

The just renovated rooms had ridiculous TVs and trippy carpet, but were on the smaller side compared to what we were used to, and there was a slight chlorine smell lingering.
Service
9.0
The service was awesome, particularly from the staff member who truly is an asset to the corporation. They were very helpful with all my questions and understood customer services very well.
Location

The location was perfect for us, right across the street from the convention center and offering a safe environment with plenty of local places to socialize. We loved the nearby restaurants and shops, and everything was easily accessible.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience included a meatless option, so be aware if you want bacon or sausage with your meal. It was convenient being in the executive lounge, and the rate included breakfast with Koshihikari brand rice.
Facilities

The facilities were top-notch, with easy access to the spa, steam room, dry sauna, and lockers. Everything was well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere.
